      I proudly run my entire business through google sutie. From email, domain management,  calendars, and file storage. It will be hard to beat what google has done with cloud services as it relates to online business and productivity. I highly recommend their services.

      This wordpress plugin completely automates social media sharing from a wordpress blog. It offers the most social sharing platforms connections, and will really save you a lot of time posting to social media. It’s optimal posting times and schedule across multiple platforms pays for itself in time recouped.

      Envato, Themeforest’s parent company, is my go to source for wordpress themes and plugins. I have exclusively used Flatsome WordPress theme for the past 2 years. If you need special functionality for your wordpress site, chances are – There’s a plugin for that!

      Screencastify

      Free and Premium(for longer videos) chrome video and screen capturing software. I really love this software because its easy to use, and it saves files directly to google drive or you can upload directly to YouTube. I use this software to record my online courses

      RescueTime

      If you are serious about becoming more productive and efficient then you cannot afford to be without RescueTime. It runs in the background on your computer, provides a  detailed report of your daily, weekly, and monthly activities.

      Evernote

      I have used evernote for 7 years straight. It is the life blood of my business and life. It handles my brainstorming, planning, and most recently assigning tasks to freelancers. Do yourself a favorite and sign up for evernote and never forget to do that one thing again.

      Canva

      This online application has been a God-Send. It has made the process of creating online graphics for web, print, and video EASY for none designers. I’ve created entire ebooks in 30 minutes with this amazing tool. It offers tons of free and premium templates to start.

      Mailchimp

      Complete email marketing and list management service. I swear by Mailchimp as it has never let me down. It can be a bit challenging integrating with WordPress at time, but once it’s done, it’s very fun to use and send campaigns. The iOS app is amazing, because not only can you view results of campaigns, but you can also create campaigns on the fly. I love this service.

      Basecamp

      I used basecamp 2 for the majority of my heavy duty web projects. It’s sleek and easy to use. Most freelancers have used it, so on-boarding is easy. I have tried the new basecamp 3, but I find it to be a bit too complicated for a small team.  Basecamp 2 is perfect if you want to stay on track and up to date on projects.

      “Conversations with God” has redefined God and shifted spiritual paradigms for millions of people  around the globe. I discovered this book at a low point in my life and I have read 8 of his books. I highly recommend starting the Journey with Neale Donald Walsch.
